A bundle of 3 wood sticks in the flavor of your choice to add on. The basic and complete kits come with charred white oak, toasted cherry, toasted sugar maple and birch. You can add apple or mulberry to your order to increase the variety. Or, if you are just flavoring a single bottle of liquor with a single flavor and don't want to deal with shipping all the kit items, this is it.

You can also use this to help make your own bitters.

We also have whiskey barrel charred oak. It was used by a local bar in Massachusetts to flavor their whiskey in large quantities and is pretty saturated.

White Ash is a new offering. It's similar in sweetness to maple and a burnt marshmallow campfire smokiness but it seems to progress faster. It's machine cut from a different supplier, but the flavor profile makes it worth mentioning.
